i got a pastry bag (for icing), and revived my passion for cake-making! if i had known how fun and easy and cheap these were i would have bought one about 10 years ago. seriously. i can't wait to use it again. do you have anything that needs to be iced? i only have one tip so far, but it's pretty versatile, and i have big plans for it. and i can't wait to get more. oh the possibilities!
i made this cake for milad this week:
it's fancy because he's fancy. he drives a beamer, has a nice place, and runs an upscale rug store. fancy. he said it tasted nice, so i'll take his word for it. also, i didn't write 'alison rocks' underneath it, but i sure can't argue with it.

haha, i didn't realize i was fancy until you put it like that... it is no lie the best cake i've ever had and my mom bakes a lot of cakes! don't tell her i said that, she'll be crushed!
speaking of possibilities and touching on the last post, why don't you get into baking for a living? i would so invest in helping you start your own business, i know you'd do great! something to think about...
and come over and have some cake before it's all gone! it won't last very long!!

Wow that looks great! I too think you should pursue caking for a living.. Kinda like a small cool bakery boutique. I can do your branding!
