so i read my last post and laughed at myself. here i am sick again, smoking again, but at least i really have been creating quite a bit. go me.
friday
-dylan and i did a shoot for johnny lloyd rollins.
-well, dylan shot it, i "styled" johnny and made some somewhat helpful suggestions.
-we visited a cemetary, a pile of rubble, a sex club, and made johnny splash in huge puddles.
-if there's any way to accidentally visit a sex club, it's with your ex and a mormon. totally.
-headed back to plano for a SLEEPOVER with a bunch of boys.
-at this point i should have rested....
saturday
-avoided the greenville st. patty's parade because a) i'm probably too cool, and b) i was still cold from our outdoor photo shoot in 40 degree rainy weather.
-headed to blake and dave's for an afternoon par-tay and enjoyed laughs and food and rock band.
-highlight of the day was when batman (leaving a child's bday party) made me a balloon animal. in his underwear. from his van. it was just as creepy as it sounds.
-sometimes being the only sober person is hard....i don't wanna struggle through a conversation with you if you can't focus your eyes....i think that's fair....
-i actually drank a little, gave up pretty quick, god i hate drinking, i CANNOT BELIEVE how much i used to drink.
-realllllllly should have rested at this point....
sunday
-jon jon arrives and we play and talk shit to each other in that special way that only siblings can.
-head out with alex to the bath house cultural center to see a new piece a good friend shayne had in their natura fragilis.
-the show was AMAZING, lots of really cool art by women, shayne's piece was great as usual, and they had the best snacks i've ever had at an art show. cream puffs, lemon cookies, chocolate swirl pound cake, and coffee.
-then we went to the sold out (!) adele show at granada.
-IT WAS SO GREAT. i cried when she sang 'melt my heart to stone'
-actually i cried a few times, it was really nice.
-still no rest, i had this coming.
